It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Joseph Regan Jr. (Oswego, New York), who passed away on March 3, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Christine; his children, Debra Regan of Fulton, NY, Sandra DePolo (Dave), Charles (Sandra) and Robert Regan of Florida; and his siblings, James, John, Dennis Regan, Mary Magnon, Anne Familo, Joan Layton, Kathy Kolek and Noreen Culeton. He was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
