He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Regano and Santa Regano (Occhino); his former wife Lucille Regano (Cummins); and his siblings, Joseph Struallo, Genevieve Caroccio, Josephine Ottman and Nancy Purce.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Alfieri; his children, Cheryl Regano of Jacksonville, Donna Lamb (Tim) of Volney, Charles Regano (Janice) of Oswego and Michael Regano of Oswego; his sister Anna Segretto of Oswego; his stepchildren, Peggy Gibson (Tim), Patrick Alfieri, Tommy Alfieri and Gina Alfieri; and his grandchildren, Trisha, Breanne, Joshua, Jessica, Meghan, Adam and Corey. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
