He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Syrell; his siblings, Peter Syrell and Deborah Fellows; and his brother-in-law David Crouse. He is survived by: his mother Laura Syrell of Oswego; his children, Brooke Syrell (Zachary Gushlaw) of Oswego and Daniel Syrell (Brittany Roffo) of Oswego; his siblings, Gary Syrell (Brenda) of Oswego, David Syrell of Oswego, Bryan Syrell of Oswego and Donna Crouse of Oswego; and his brother-in-law Joseph Fellows of Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
