He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Kelsey and Ruth Kelsey; his sons, Donald and Kip Kelsey; and his sister Claudine Paluzzi.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his grandchildren, Jordan and Katelynn of Oswego; his brother Kenneth of Murraysville, Pennsylvania; and his daughter-in-law Alis Kelsey Hyland of Oswego.
