He was predeceased by: his parents, Murphy Middleton and Viola Middleton (Pollard). He is survived by: his sons, Owen and Lance; his daughter-in-law Nicole; his grandchildren, Jalen Familo, Haley and Logan Middleton; and his siblings, Dorric Middleton and Kent Middleton of Dallas Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
