Forsyth Sr. (Patricia Furman); her grandchildren, Linda Murdock (Daniel), Donald Forsyth Jr. (Gaye Cooper), Amy Goldman (Robert), Mary Jo Landino, Julie DeSantis (Joseph) and Barbara Gebo; her husband Frederick "Neil" Forsyth; her son John J. Forsyth (Nita); her brothers, John Whalen (Mary Jane) and Clarence Whalen (Gladys); her daughter-in-law Rachel Forsyth; and her great grandchild Daniel Murdock. She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
