He is survived by: his wife Marion Louise Tuttle (Elkin) of Minetto; his children, James Tuttle (Sue Luade) of Scriba and Carol Borland (Dale) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Daniel, Christopher, Garett, Jazzlyn, Edward and Diann; his cousin Mary Fitch (Don) of Oswego; and his stepchildren, Yvonne Scott of Hannibal, Susan Hayden (Rick) of Fulton, Randy Geroux (Debi) of Oswego, Blaine Geroux of Oswego and George Geroux of Oswego.
