He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forrest and Dorothy Forrest (LeBouef); and his daughter Sharon Forrest. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Sweeting (Scott) of Oswego, Frances Forrest-Nearbin (George) of Oswego, Raymond Forrest of Ithaca, Shelly Forrest of Mexico, Aaron Forrest of Rochester and Timothy Forrest of Oswego; his sister Mary Ellingwood (David) of Hannibal; and the mother of his children Amanda Forrest. He is also survived by four grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
