He is survived by: his parent Eileen Phillips (Buckley); his children, Patience Boswell (Nicholas) of Canton, Lisa Hibbert (Keith) of Oswego and Stephen Phillips (Jessica) of Hamilton; his significant other Joanne Bateman of Oswego; his siblings, Lee Phillips of Oswego, Edward Phillips of Atlanta, John Phillips (Tina) of Massena and Barbara Frankosky of Jordan; his child Elizabeth Phillips (Joyce) of Oswego; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Carroll, Cameron Boswell, Aubrey Boswell and Nathaniel Hibbert. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
