He was predeceased by: his wife Bessie Baker (Mueller); and his brothers, Robert Baker and Donald Baker. He is survived by: his children, Judy Howard (Richard) of Oswego, David Baker (Sue) of Oswego, Thomas Baker (Kim) of Catskill, NY and Edward Baker (Theresa) of Bernhards Bay, NY.
