She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Luther and Lubbie Gainey; her former husband Carroll Fox; and her grandson Hunter Fox. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Vitullo; her sons, John Fox (Patty), Daniel (Mary) and Ernest Fox (Sandy); her grandchildren, Carolee McCoy (Luke), Sarah Mack (Dan), Johnny Fox, Jr. (Danielle), Barbi Stone (Matt), Dani Nellis (Ryan) and Alden Fox; her stepson Randy Vitullo; and her sisters, Eloise, Velma and Peggy. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; and four step-great grandchildren.
