She was predeceased by: her husband Robert D. Schrader; her parents, Lewis A. Leavens and Gladys R. Leavens; her sister Mildred Woodward (Edward); and also, Verna (Robert), Lass, Mary (John), Sagneri, Norbert (Betty), William (Helen), Joseph (Constance), Patrick (Sally), Edward (Joan), Francis (Frances), Thomas (Barbara) and Daniel Schrader (Deborah Cloonan).
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Schrader and Laurie Congdon (James); her grandchildren, Tyler Perez, Kyle Perez, Tia Daniel of Syracuse and Justin Congdon of Washington; her great grandchild Livvy Rebeor of Syracuse; her siblings, Lewis Leavens (Fran), Joseph Leavens (Sharon), Donald Leavens, David Leavens, Edward Leavens (Vicky), Betty Seldon (Elton), Barbara LaPaglia (Anthony) and Linda Straight (Howard); and her siblings-in-law, Agnes Neumann (Schrader), Ann Hewitt (Schrader) and John Schrader (Mary).
