He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Topley (Phillips); his parents, John Topley and Margaret Topley (Heinold); and his niece Lauren Topley Raymond. He is survived by: his siblings, David Topley of Oswego and Susan Topley (James Leccese) of Wakefield, Massachusetts; his nieces and nephews, Scott Topley, Patrick Topley, Kyle Topley, Hunter Topley, Taylor Vignari and John Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Jack and Judi Phillips of Oswego.
