With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen L. Billings (Oswego, New York), born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on October 28, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Billings; and her son Harold H. Billings. She is survived by: her parents, Gladys Chapman (Hall) and Floyd Chapman; and her grandchildren, Edward Billings, Penny McRae, Susan Rock, Jo Ann Healey and Cynthia Davis. She is also survived by many great- grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
