It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Ellis (Oswego, New York), born in Fulton, New York, who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Ellis and Gertrude E. Ellis (Brown); and his wife Paula Ellis (Pryor). He is survived by: his children, Dacey Hoey of St. Augustine, Shannon Brightenfield (Paul) of Ontario, NY and Robert Ellis (Jennifer) of Oswego. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; and several siblings.
