He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John Richards; his children, Laura Richards-Chausse (Sonny) of Oswego and John Richards (Sarah Fuller) of Watertown; his mother Helen Richards of Fulton; his siblings, Diane Hopkins (Robert) of Florida, Cindy Germain (Jeff) of Dubai, Jean Ganskop (Dean) of Williamson and Fred Richards (Heather) of Oswego; his grandchildren, Hannah, Desa, Desiree, John, Jordis, Abigail, Jay, Robert and Jackson; and his former wife Diane Richards-Zeller of Oswego. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
