He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Julius, Patricia Fay and Ida Mae Southworth. He is survived by: his parents, John M. Fay and Jacqueline M. Fay (Baldwin) of Oswego Town; his children, Christopher, Stephen and Maya Fay; the mother of his children Christy Johnson; his sister Jaimie Fay; his nephew Nicholas Schell; his brother Matthew Fay (Samantha Capitulik); his nephew Oliver; his grandparents, Lewis and Colleen Baldwin of Granby; and also Abigail Johnson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
