He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. and Mary Kapuscinski Sr. (Longyear); and his brother Michael Kapuscinski. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Coffey; his children, Mark Kapuscinski of Oswego and Jamie Kapuscinski (Carey Scaccia) of Oswego; and his grandchildren, Olivia and Nolan.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to the COVID Virus.
