She was predeceased by: her parents, John Palmesono and Onofria Palmesono; her husband Samuel Sugar; and her siblings, Angelo Palmesono, Rose Pilotta, Josephine Sansone and Virginia Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Sugar of Oswego and Linda Sugar of Liverpool; and her grandson Christopher Sugar of Oswego. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at a later date, due to the pandemic.
In memory of Katherine the family has requested donations can be given to Hospice of Oswego County and St. Jude Children Center.
