She is survived by: her parent Blanche Wade (Kernan); her husband Richard Wart; her sons, Edward Angelina (Dawn Berney) of Wisconsin and Rik Angelina (Lauren) of Louisiana; her sisters, Patricia Kane of Louisiana and Joann Solon of Michigan; and her grandchildren, Samantha Angelina, Tomer Angelina, Olivia Angelina and Zoe Angelina.
