She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Lambert and Dorothy Lambert (Shinn); and her sister Gail Kotlarek. She is survived by: her husband James Ruthven of Oswego; her children, Virginia DeCare (Kevin Harris) of Dryden and James Ruthven (Gwyn) of Hornell, NY.; her grandchildren, Andrew, James and Grace; her sister Joan Lambert; and her friend Therese Francisco of Oswego.
