She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Billmyer and Mina Billmyer (Conant); her close friend Charles "El Guapo" Spector of Oswego; her children, Charles II Spector (Jennifer) of Illinois and Kate Spector (David Cooper) of Oswego; her granddaughters, Natalie Mae and Mina Jane; and her siblings, Jennifer Rizzo of Syracuse, Johanna Billmyer (Louis Moore) of Denver and Steven Spector (Helinä) of Oregon. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home (147 W 4th St, Oswego, NY 13126).
