It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Diane Loughlin of Oswego, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on September 26, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lambert and Margaret Lambert (McNally); and her husband Peter Loughlin. She is survived by: her siblings, Clifford (Darlene Lambert), Paul (Kelly Lambert) and Gloria Lambert. She is also survived by friends, and several nieces and nephews.
