He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Manning (Fritz) and June Manning (Patchin); and his son John Luczak (Jay). He is survived by: his adoptive son Gregory Manning of Central Square; his stepdaughter Deborah Cimilluca of New Haven; his grandchildren, Zachary Clark, Colin Clark Valeria, Anthony (AJ) and Brittany Cimilluca; and his great grandchild Spencer Cimilluca.
In lieu of flowers donations in Mark's name may be sent to the Oswego County Humane Society at 29 W. Seneca St. Oswego NY 13126.
