With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Jane Lacey (Oswego, New York), born in Canajoharie, New York, who passed away on May 24, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Burton Zoller and Mary Ashcroft; her adoptive parents, Edwin Dalzell and Beatrice Dalzell; her children, Michelle Dowd (Donald) of Sandy Pond, Karen Peppas (Jamie) of Williamsville, NY, Mary Beth Fehrer (Keith) of Colden, NY and David Lacey of Scriba; her sister Jean Polacek of St. Johnsville, NY; her grandchildren, Donald Thomas Dowd III, Erin Michelle Dowd, Benjamin David Dowd, Zoe Peppas, Austin Fehrer, Johnathan Fehrer, Sheyenne Lacey and Ciara Lacey; her husband David R. Lacey; and her grandson David John II. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mary Jane's name to the Oswego County Humane Society, 29 West Seneca Street, or to the Activities Department at Seneca Hill Manor.
