He is survived by: his wife Karoleigh Perez (Haskins); his children, Sarah Haskins, Tiana Hoffman, Alexis Perez, Liana Haskins, Lyle Crissy, Christopher Haskins (Shirley), Joshus Haskins, David Gagnon, Andrew Haskins (Tonya), Miguel Perez Jr. and Lorenzo Cantu; his father Miguel Perez; his siblings, Harry Perez, Sammy Rodiguez, Miguel Perez Jr., Ismael Perez, Alfred Dashnau, Francis "Porky" Dashnau, Ana Lopez, Iliani Perez, Shirley Rodriguez Sr. (Efrain), Maria "Yoly" Perez, Iris Hernandez-Perez, Mary Hernandez, Joanne Falcon, Juanita Westberry and Milagros Perez; and his pet Sugar. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
