It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Herbert of Oswego, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on September 17, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Herbert and Agnes Herbert (Nacewicz); and her siblings, Charles Herbert, Daniel Herbert Sr. and Marilyn Clyne.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Michael Clyne of Oswego. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
