He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Harvey and Gladys Harvey (Henderson); and his son Joseph Brian Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Betty Harvey (Stevenson); his children, Jessica Jackson (Zachary) of Oswego and Benjamin Harvey of Oswego; his siblings, Dale, Brian, Jeff Harvey, Melinda Ladd, Carolyn Brinkmeier, Phyllis Williams and Sherry Browning; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Kaitlyn and Zachary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
