He is survived by: his sons, Richard Phillips Jr. and Kenneth Phillips; his siblings, Rick Phillips and Arettia Phillips; and his grandchildren, Aylisa Phillips, Laklin Morris, Paige Smith and Ian Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
