He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Meeks and Zirita Meeks (Bloodgood); and his sisters, Donna Donovan Abulencia and Norene Avery. He is survived by: his wife Debra Scheirer; his children, Patrick Robert of Mexico, Charles Searor (Mary) of Oswego, Rhonda Parker of Oswego and Melissa Parker (Michael) of Oswego; his siblings, Forrest Meeks (Karen) of Mexico, Daniel Meeks of Lake Tahoe and Sherry Greer of Mexico; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Searor, Alyssa Searor, Emma Searor and Grace Taylor.
