He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Sr. Musico and Torbitt Musico; and his brothers, Michael Musico and Thomas Musico. He is survived by: his sons, John Musico (Katie) of Oswego and Matthew Musico (Darcy) of Oswego; his siblings, James Musico of Arkansas, William Musico of Oswego, Constance Fry (Richard) of Georgia, Gloria J. Musico of Florida, Mary Lou LaGoe of Oswego and Joann Musico of Oswego; his granddaughter Charley Jean Randall Musico; and his friend Patrick Dixon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St Jude's Children Research.
