He was predeceased by: his father Martin Crucitti; his brother Kenneth Crucitti; and his nephew Kenneth Crucitti II. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Crucitti (Lass); his children, Jason Crucitti (Rebecca), Jodi Perry (Randy), Sarah Crucitti and Rocky Crucitti II; his mother Virginia Crucitti; his siblings, Thomas Crucitti (Lois), Mickey Crucitti (Carol), Rusty Crucitti (Linda) and Angela Ferlito (Pete); and his grandchildren, Randy Perry III, Jacob Crucitti, Jared Crucitti and Frankie Comerford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
