As we bid Susanna farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Susanna is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Manuel Estrella and Theresa Estrella (Pinto); her husband William DeMott; her sons, Austin DeMott of Syracuse and Zachary DeMott of Oswego; and her brothers, Marco Estrella (Lorraine) of Ossining, NY and Richard Estrella (Suzanne) of Yorktown Heights, NY.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home (112 E 2nd St, Oswego, NY 13126). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the Good Shepherd Church (50 E Mohawk St, Oswego, NY 13126).
