He was predeceased by: his stepfather Wilson "Rip" Skinner; and his brother Richard Salmonsen. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Salmonsen, Jr. (Anna) and Lisa Salmonsen of Oswego; his brothers, Wilson "Bud" Skinner (Barb) of Oswego and Michael Skinner (Lynn); his significant other Mary Lou Shortt; his grandchildren, Richard James Salmonsen, Christopher Thomas Salmonsen, Tia Marie Salmonsen, Cody Michael Salmonsen and Caylyn Jade Wright Salmonsen; and his great grandchild Michael Liam Byrd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and good friends.
