It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas G. Ramous (Oswego, New York), who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Ramos and Felicita Garcia; his wife Barbara A. Gorman Ramos; and his stepson Robert Stacy. He is survived by: his sister Clara Ramos Garcia of Naguabo; his stepson Daniel W. Stacy of Oswego; and his grandson Christopher E. Himes of Fulton.
