He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Oliver of Maryland; his sisters, Lisa McMillan of Syracuse and Tina Oliver of Syracuse; his grandchildren, Anastasia, Angel, Marquell and Lyonna Oliver; his nephew Levoy Davis; his cousins, Lawrence Ricks, Kevin and Trudy Eudell; his significant other Pamela Rosenberger; and his stepchildren, Shirley Colon, Francisco Colon, Angel Colon, Andre Diaz and Tina Diaz.
