He is survived by: his wife Gloria Foley; his children, William Foley (Carol) of Oswego and Erin Price (Steven) of Oswego; his grandchildren, Michael Foley (Chelsea) of North Syracuse, Andrea Foley Braski (James) of Phillipsburg, NJ and Laura Ruggio of Oswego; his great grandchildren, Colin, Claire Foley, Misha, Nadia Braski, Molli Grace, Charlianna and Aubrey Ruggio; and his cousin Leo Porter (Doris) of Oswego. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
