With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William F. Constanza (Oswego, New York), who passed away on December 7, 2018 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Alice Constanza. He is survived by: his wife Paula Constanza (Woods); his children, April Welling of Oswego, Melissa Constanza (Wanda Rivera) of Oswego, Matthew Welling (Shannon Gonyea) of Camillus, Christopher Welling (Sarah) of Syracuse and Corey Welling of Camillus; his sister Judy Wight (Gary) of Mexico; and his grandchildren, Alysa Rosenbarker, Kelsey Rosenbarker, Bailey Welling, Braeden Dempsey, Aidehn Welling, Gracie Dempsey, Kaminari Welling, Sia Welling, Claire Dempsey, Brooke Lee, Olive Welling and Greysen Lee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Oswego Animal Shelter, East Seneca Street Oswego.
