She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Henry Smails III and Verna Mary Matilda Lipton; her close friend Carmen; her son William Johnson "Dusty" Mann Jr.; her child-in-law Robin; her daughter Pamela Dawn "Sissy" Mann; her son-in-law Peter Houck; her son Alan Shepard Mann; her grandchildren, James Douglas Mann (Sissy), Shawna Lynn Tecua (Dusty), Jessica Lee Kennedy (Dusty), Katie Marie Budryk (Tom), Douglas Jay Houck (Valerie), Heather Nicole Mann (Alan), Peter Nichols Houck (Sissy), Stefanie Elise McNulty (Matt), Alan Shepard Mann Jr. (Alan) and Kyle William Johnson Mann (Dusty); and her stepgrandchildren, Adrianne Marie Scott, Lauren Anne Scott and Briana Jean Scott (Dusty).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Martinez Morse Funeral Home (33 Railroad Ave, Middletown, NY 10940).
