She was predeceased by: her parents, Elroy Manning and Arlene Manning; her husband Donald Sawyer; her son-in-law Daniel; and her grandson Jaye Borowiak.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Sawyer (Toni) of Orchard Park, Lynn Borowiak (late Daniel) of Forestville, Robert Sawyer (Amy) of Cattaraugus, Lisa Gunning (Bill) of Salamanca, Daniel Sawyer of Eden and Scott Sawyer (Tracy) of Fort Collins, CO; her grandchildren, Joshua Sawyer, Meg Parsons (Andy), Aaron Sawyer (Alycia), Melissa Borowiak, Jason Hill (Lauren), Sean Hill (Melissa) and Jaime Sawyer; and her great grandchildren, Ally, Kayla, Jackson, Wyatt and Elena.
