She was predeceased by: her husband George Forsyth, Sr.; her children, Georgia Frantz, Douglas and Charles Forsyth; her grandsons, Gordon Jennings, Bryan Forsyth and Christopher Forsyth; and her brothers, James, Robert and Richard, Jr..

She is survived by: her son George, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Amy Forsyth; her daughter Shirley; her son-in-law Ray Jackson; and her sisters, Gladys Stiness and Bonnie Johnson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren.
