He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert, Sr. O'Neill and Lita O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his sons, Keegan (Dillon Babington) and Devin (Abby Gjerde); his grandson Henry "Hank" O'Neill; his brother Dan; his sister-in-law Taffy O'Neill; and his sisters, Susan (Junaid Bashir) and Toni (Lew Cary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home (15 Park St, Owego, NY 13827). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
