He is survived by: his parents, Armsby L. Walters and Linda J. Chilson (Graham); his stepparents, William L. Chilson of Highland, NY and Louise of Wyalusing, PA.; his close friend Evelyn M. Shaffer; his siblings, Laura Cuddy (Terry) of Highland, Sherri Chilson of Highland, Misty Walters of Dushore, PA, Matthew Coston (Amy) of Elmira, NY, Tina Bizup (Chilson) of Laporte, PA and William L. Chilson Jr. (Brenda) of Dushore, PA; and his pet Spike. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Masks will be required, and proper COVID safety precautions will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, David's family has requested donations to help offset the cost of his funeral expenses.
