He is survived by: his wife Linda (Ballin); his son Jason; his grandchildren, Jillian and Jocelyn; his son Keith Finch; his grandchildren, Kenzie and Kolton; his sister Sharon (Finch); his sibling's children, Scott, Chris and Donna Clark (Finch); his great-nephew Robert; his great-niece Kristina; his sibling's children, Connie (Finch), Tim McGowan, Andy and Cory Finch; his great-nephew Tom; his great-niece Rebecca; and his nephew William "Billy" Ballin III.
