He is survived by : his spouse Peggy; his children, Rutger-Jan, Patrick (Elizabeth), Christiaan and Daniel (Michi); his grandchildren, Jackson, Spencer, Hendrik, Catherina, Andrew, Alivia and Marshall; and his siblings, Paulien Keultjes (Harrie), Wim (Jeanne), Niek (Frieda) and Alfons (Anja). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
