He was predeceased by : his siblings, Robert Champlin, Clara Ernst, Leah Champlin and Shirley Smith; and his parents, William Champlin and Gladys Champlin (Proper).

He is survived by : his wife Luella Champlin (Wahl); his brother John Champlin (Linda); and his brothers-in-law, Robert Wahl (Maxine) and Roger Wahl (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Wayne County, 1475 County House Rd., Lyons, NY 14489.
