He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Pearl Forgacs (Little) and Dr. Joseph Forgas; and his sister Theresa Hopkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Forgacs of Ashburn, VA, Dr. Lawrence Forgacs of Tappan, NY and Lillian Forgacs of Gainesville, VA; his nephews, Brian, Daniel and Edward; his niece Gina; and his great-niece Evalina.
