He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmine DeLuca and Maria DeLuca (Verna); and his niece Maria. He is survived by: his wife Anna Stanko; his children, Daniel, Chuck (TC) and Mary Anne Cao (Andres); his grandchildren, Michael, Cecilia, Anthony and Robert; and his brother Carmine (Marie Antonietta). He is also survived by two nephews and their spouses.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Legion Post 274 of Peekskill NY. Donations can be mailed to the American Legion post 274, P.O.Box 21, Peekskill NY 10566.
