It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Foy (Peekskill, New York), who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald O'Neill and Margaret "Babe" O'Neill; and her brother Gerald Thomas O'Neill of Barrington. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and one great-grandson.
