He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Coons and Margaret Coons (Brennan); and his siblings, Veronica Dvorenja, Mary See, Christina Duarte, Benedict and Joseph Coons.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee Henry of Port Charlotte, FL; his sister Amelia Turriziani of Peekskill, NY; and his close friend Jennifer Martin of Buchanan, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
